Genetic designs that include multiple DNA molecules

There are a couple of scenarios in which GenoCAD will not generate DNA sequences from multi-molecule designs.  These "grammatically incorrect" designs center around the use of delimiters to denote physical DNA molecules - whether they are plasmids or linear frags or whatever.  The first type of grammatically incorrect design results from the exclusion of necessary delimiters (parentheses and/or curly brackets) to denote the individual DNA molecules.  The second type results from the improper use or structuring of these delimiters (for example, nesting delimiters within each other or using only one half of the pair).
